Thank you for participating in the 2019 Spooky Sprint!  Each year we try and make the event better by finding out what was good and bad about the event.  If you could take a few minutes to answer these questions, we would really appreciate it.

We will draw a single winner from submitted surveys for a $50 gift card to Walmart.  Winner will be drawn on 11/6/2019.  Winner will be notified via email or Facebook messenger.
